Our History

Eddie and Eric opened E&E Grill House in the summer of 2011 in the heart of Times Square and New York’s bustling Theatre District.

When the right opportunity for a second restaurant presented itself, Eric and Eddie opened Hill and Bay on 32nd and 2nd Avenue, at the intersection of Murray Hill and Kips Bay, in September of 2013.

Angelic Puglisi joined the opening Hill and Bay team as General Manager, and became Director of Operations for E.E. Hospitality in 2014. In 2017, she became a partner of the E.E. Hospitality Group.

Excited to expand their growing restaurant portfolio, the team ventured into Gluten-Free dining with the opening of Tali/Tali Dolce on 26th and Lexington in August of 2017 with intentions of growing nationally. Angelic, Eddie and Eric truly value their team of growing professionals. Many of their co-workers have worked at E&E Grill House since “day one” and continue to grow with the evolving company. Nurturing talent from within is a key component to the success of E.E. Hospitality.
